Phoebe’s passion for nutrition is driven by helping individuals to enhance their holistic well-being so they can make the most out of life.
Personalisation is everything, so she works closely and collaboratively with her clients to gain a deep understanding of their motivation, journey, lifestyle and preferences. This allows her to formulate a simple and realistic nutrition plan alongside her client which not only sets them up for success to meet their goals but is practical and sustainable in long term.
Phoebe’s approach to nutrition is authentic. Much like her attitude to life, the way she believes nutrition should be is fun, zero-fuss and BS-free. While she loves all that encompasses clinical nutrition, her main areas of expertise surround weight management, nutrition for mental health and management of fatigue.
When Phoebe is not working with her clients, she is enjoying the outdoors, paddle boarding on Lake Taupo, swimming when its warm enough, walking many of the beautiful bush trails and heading up the mountain when she can in the winter.
Her special interest areas include:
Nutrition for weight management. Phoebe is very experienced in helping clients lose weight and/or increase lean muscle mass.
Nutrition for pre-diabetes management
Nutrition to maange high cholestrol
Nutrition for increased energy and fatigue management and improving sleep
Nutrition for mental health, reducing anxiety, improving mood and creating a more positive mindset around food and nutrition.
