Why working with Feel Fresh Nutrition can help you:

Working with a trusted Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian means getting a personal nutrition plan just for you. They will spend time listening to your questions and learning all about your health, your family history, your needs, and your goals. They then help you set goals and stick to them with specific resources that are beneficial for you personally. There are many different ways to incorporate good eating practices, everyone is treated as an individual.

In your first consultation, we learn about what your priorities are, and we agree on what changes you need to start making to help you get there. Your next 30-minute follow-up consultation is to problem solve what barriers could be holding you back and outline changes that are required. After your third consultation you will have a full understanding of what you need to do, every resource necessary, further testing completed (if applicable), meal plans, recipes, access to all the clever tools and tricks to use on a daily basis.

The short and long-term benefits of seeing a Nutritionist or Dietitian:

Annual visits to the doctor are a good way to assess if you have high blood pressure, cholesterol or diabetes, and sometimes you need a closer look to fully understand how food could be affecting your health and weight. This is where a Registered Nutritionist or Dietitian can assess any lab results or potential barriers you have to eating well to help create a comprehensive eating guide that is not only delicious but keeps you on track, with the potential to lead to healthier lab results each passing year. Great results may only be a few consults away.

Where do I find my membership card number?

What’s required from me in the lead-up to an initial consultation?

Barely anything! Prior to your appointment, your nutritionist will get in touch to say hi and welcome you to the clinic by email. Then, to help us learn more about you we require everyone to fill in a personal history form. This helps us understand how to best help you and any specific needs we may need to address during your appointment. Our personal history forms can be found here. We may also require you to fill in a short food diary to help us understand more about your dietary habits - if this is necessary for you, your nutritionist will let you know in advance.

What happens during the consultations?

We offer initial nutritional consultations which run for one hour. We will assess your current dietary habits and lifestyle, chat about your health and wellness goals, take any essential measurements if needed or applicable (e.g. height, weight…), explore your relationship with food, and educate you on any areas of nutrition we feel necessary. Once we've collected this information we will create you a tailored nutrition plan addressing what you need to do to get from ‘here’ to ‘there’. For more information on this head here. Your second consult is the opportunity to find out what worked for you if you require other options and by the end of the third consultation, you should be well on your way to better health.

When does my package expire?

Secure your online initial consultation before December 17th, 2023, and complete your online 30-minute follow-up session within three months of your initial booking.

What if I want to keep working with you after I complete my package?

Our clients go on a concession card - 6 x 30min sessions for $540. Or you can pay as you go - $95 for each 30-minute consult.

Where are you located?

Lucky for you, we are now 100% online offering a service nationwide across NZ. Once you book in, your nutritionist will send you a link to your online consultation. We use Google Meet usually but are happy to accommodate your preference if you’d prefer another platform.

Do you refund consultations or packages?

We’re committed to providing the highest quality of services and hope you will be satisfied with your consultation. If you felt there was a disservice in any way, please contact info@feelfreshnutrition.com. We unfortunately don’t provide refunds on packages once purchased.
